Questions
Before you book
How long does a drip take?
Most drips run between thirty and sixty minutes once you are settled. Injections are quicker than that.
How do I pay?
When the lounge confirms your time we send you the payment details, and your chair is booked once your drip is paid for. Nothing is charged through this website and we do not ask for card details when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your time and we refund you in full. Within 24 hours we keep 50%. If you do not arrive, the payment is forfeited.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead means we have a chair and your drip ready for you. Send the booking form and someone from the lounge will confirm a time with you.
